President - Amy Flottemesch
 
 
Amy is co-owner of Quite Frankly, along with her husband Stephan. They began food trucking in March of 2014 and became CFTA members a few months after. Amy assisted with CFTA event operations prior to becoming a board member in 2017. Amy served as President in 2018-2021 and Vice President in 2022. Outside of food trucking, Amy works full time as a bilingual paralegal and school liaison for a local Non-Profit law firm. Amy is also a retired ballerina!
 
 
Vice President - Elizabeth Romero-Lipscomb
 
 
Is a graduate of Thomas More University with her Master of Business Administration. She is the Owner and Operator of SugarSnap! Truck, Cincinnati's sweetest Food Truck which has been in operation since May of 2012. In 2013, Elizabeth and 2 others became Founders of the Cincinnati Food Truck Association. They saw the need for advocacy for food trucks in the Greater Cincinnati Region. Elizabeth has worked tirelessly to advocate for the industry since, supporting food truckers and being a voice in connecting individuals and the public to food trucks in Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky.  The CFTA started with 11 members and has grown tremendously since and now has nearly 100 members. She Spent 3 years 2015-2018 as President, 2020-2025 served as the Vice President. Elizabeth works an Enterprise Application Specialist for DAV (Disabled American Veterans), a nonprofit charity that provides a lifetime of support for veterans of all generations and their families. Elizabeth is also a granny (BiBi) to her granddaughter's Stella & Lily!
 
Treasurer - Jennifer Wulffen
 
Jenn began her Jenns Hot Tamale magic journey with a food booth at Findlay Market for several years. In August 2019 Jenn became an official food trucker and a few months later, joined CFTA. Jenn has served the past year as Secretary on CFTA Board. Before becoming a food trucker, Jenn was digging in the dirt all over North & South America as an Archaeologist. She also published a short mystery, The Affair of the Missing Assistant under the name Anna Russo.
 
Secretary - Fadi Khalilieh
 
 
Fadi is the owner of The Chili Hut, which opened in 2013 and became a CFTA member in 2014. Fadi operates his food truck with his Pops, Jerry and opened a brick & mortar carry out location in Loveland in January of 2022. Fadi has previously served on the board as Secretary from Nov 2019 till Nov 2021.
 
 
Liz Field – Membership Coordinator
 
 
Liz Field, a seasoned entrepreneur from Madisonville, Ohio, has gained recognition for her exceptional desserts and beverages, garnering awards for her creations. Over the past 15 years, Liz has delighted customers at her retail storefronts and food trucks, including The Cheesecakery, Whetsel Whip, and Bramble Bubbly. Her passion for bringing joy through culinary innovation has led to features in prestigious publications like the New York Times and Entrepreneur Magazine plus extensive coverage across Cincinnati's TV, radio, and media platforms. Beyond her culinary endeavors, Liz is an active participant in business accelerator programs such as the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business, SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. and the Montrose Minority Business Development Bootcamp. She serves as a board member for the Cincinnati Food Truck Association since 2024 and holds leadership roles at the Madisonville Business Chamber and Madisonville Community Council. Additionally, Liz is a member of industry organizations like the Retail Baker’s Association, Speciality Food Association and the National Ice Cream Association. Her academic journey includes Pastry Arts degree from the Midwest Culinary Institute, Bachelors of Business from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University. Liz remains dedicated to her continual education and leadership growth.
